At long last, mentor and mentee connect in person

After more than a year of Zooming during the pandemic, we are so excited to be able to connect in person again. A year ago, Shanta, a student at Southwest High School, met Claudia, her new LeadHER mentor from Bell Textron, via Zoom. They began setting goals for the school year and formed a bond even though COVID prevented them from meeting face to face. That changed this month when mentor and mentee unexpectedly ran into each other at a drone competition sponsored by Bell Textron. Together at last!

This Thanksgiving season we celebrate coming together once again with friends and family.
